In 2019, Dr. Violet founded Optimistic Journey, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering ex-offenders with the confidence and skills needed to rebuild their lives. Her hands-on approach ranges from active construction site training and home-building to life skills and financial literacy workshops. Not stopping there, she personally feeds the homeless every week and supplies 300 meals to underserved communities in Palm Beach County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a focus on uplifting the disenfranchised, Dr. Violet has turned her passion into multiple thriving business streams that create jobs and provide essential resources.
